Welcome to Rivendell
The Rivendell Cabins are located 4 miles from Franklin, North Carolina. From early spring to early fall wildflowers are abundant. July brings the ripening of wild blackberries; August the wild elderberries; September the woodland ginseng; and October wild persimmons. The mountain cabin at Rivendell is surrounded by 60 woodland acres. Rivendell is completely furnished and supplied with enough that you only need to bring your clothes, personal items and food. There is coffee, soaps, paper products, seasonings and the like to get you started for an enjoyable vacation in a lovely mountain accomodation. We have made every effort to create an allergy free, convenient and relaxing environment. Rivendell Cabin has also been designed with wide doors and a handrail in the bathroom to provide every possible convenience. Rivendell Cabins invites you to enjoy mother nature at her finest, by lodging up high in the Smoky Mountains.
